How We Measure Growth
Every child develops at their own pace, and we believe in celebrating that journey with care and transparency. That’s why we track progress using Key Developmental Indicators (KDIs), a research-based framework that helps us monitor each child’s growth across cognitive, emotional, and physical domains.
Our teachers use ongoing observations and assessments to better understand your child’s unique needs and strengths. These insights are shared during regularly scheduled parent-teacher conferences, so you always have a clear picture of how your child is growing, and how we’re supporting them every step of the way.
Infant & Toddler Program

Our Infant and Toddler classrooms provide a nurturing environment where the earliest connections begin. With consistent routines, individualized attention, and developmentally appropriate play, children are encouraged to explore their surroundings, form attachments, and meet important early milestones. Twos & Early Preschool
